Coordinate day-to-day operations of our veterinary app, maintain product information and documentation, track updates and changes, and ensure teams have the information they need to support our mission effectively.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Pets Sanctuary relies on technology to connect pet owners, veterinary professionals, foster families, and rescue partners with the tools and information they need to care for animals. Our veterinary app helps bring these people together, and the Product Operations Coordinator plays an important role in making sure the product, its information, and its workflows remain organized, accurate, and effective.

Create and maintain clear documentation covering product features, operational workflows, internal processes, and standard procedures
Develop practical guides and reference materials to help employees and partners understand and use the veterinary app effectively
Review existing processes to identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, duplicated work, and opportunities for improvement
Recommend practical changes that make product operations more efficient and help teams work together more effectively
Keep documentation and internal resources accurate as product features, workflows, and operational requirements evolve
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with Operations, Technology, Veterinary & Care, and Partner teams to coordinate product-related activities and ensure operational needs are communicated clearly
Gather feedback from veterinary professionals, pet owners, foster families, and partner organizations about their experience using the app
Organize feedback, identify recurring themes, and communicate relevant requests and improvement opportunities to the appropriate teams
Help clarify operational requirements when teams request changes to product features or workflows
Follow up on agreed actions and outstanding requests to ensure product updates and improvements are completed as planned
